Role Purpose
Monitor the delivery of priority projects and initiatives as assigned by top management, while ensuring alignment with defined objectives and expected standards. Provide necessary support throughout various stages of the assigned projects ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with best practices and standards, and in line with approved timetables and financial allocations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Monitoring & Delivery
·Lead the implementation and execution of priority projects as per approved plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
·Manage day-to-day communications with project stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive effective coordination and problem-solving.
·Supervise project teams and provide guidance in addressing risks and resolving bottlenecks.
·Review project performance data and escalate concerns or deviations with recommended solutions.
·Oversee the closure of assigned projects, including validation of deliverables and adherence to governance & DCT standards.
·Manage the development and implementation of quality control and quality assurance programs in compliance with the DCT’s requirements and contract conditions.
·Analyze project progress reports and develop actionable insights to enhance delivery and impact.
·Monitor resource allocation and ensure budget utilization aligns with project scope.
·Liaise with external consultants, government entities, and subject matter experts to align on project goals.
·Lead the documentation process for assigned projects and ensure contract obligations are fulfilled.
·Support the continuous improvement of project management frameworks and tools used within the department.

•Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.
•Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
•Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. •Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions
•Adhere to the DCT Occupational Safety and Health policy, regulations, and laws, and provide help to the Corporate EHS in executing the OSHMS.
•Report any incidents, near misses, occupational illnesses, unsafe practices, and conditions immediately to the concerned person and participate in the investigation of OSH incidents, as required.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree (Masters’ preferred) in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, or equivalent
•PMP Certification preferred

Experience
•5-10 years of experience in Project Management role, or equivalent.

•Full professional English proficiency both in speaking and writing.
•Exceptional writing skills and storytelling.
•Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
•Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
•Attention to detail and rigorous approach to research, analysis and documentation.
•Ability to navigate a fast-pace environment with a high level of autonomy.
