Job Description:

Project Manager – Infrastructure (UAE National)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Manager – Infrastructure to join our team! In this role, you will work with the team to deliver dynamic infrastructure projects for high-profile clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of the project (business, technical, fiscal, administrative).
• Forecast project revenue, costs, and profit, and manage the budget.
• Handle invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and payable.
• Develop and manage project plans (including safety and quality assurance).
• Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor project deliverables.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.
• Support staff career development and training needs.
• Ensure employee performance management (recognition and discipline).
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate on project budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Address cost overruns, delays, and changes in scope.
• Promote quality and technical excellence throughout the project.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Participate in client negotiations, proposals, and presentations.
• Identify business development opportunities and stay updated on key clients' project pipelines.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Management.
• Experience in delivering master planning and infrastructure design projects.
• Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
• Effective leadership skills with management capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations in infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of current technology and its effective utilization on projects.
• Experience liaising and coordinating with UAE governmental departments and design authorities is highly desirable.
• Must be a UAE National.
