Job Description:

Project Manager (Infrastructure Design)
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution.
  • Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
  • Market and secures additional work with client. Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
  • Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
  • Infrastructure planning for land development projects
  • Manage all infrastructure design for a specific portfolio
  • Oversee wet and dry utilities design
  • Oversee roads and transportation design
  • Stakeholder management
Qualifications
  • Degree in civil engineering from a recognized university
  • Minimum 15 years experience in infrastructure for land development projects.
  • Efficient Technical and Communication skills
  • Prior experience writing design reports
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience in obtain NOC\'s from clients
  • Familiar with regional Standards and guidelines
