What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and subcontractors, negotiating scope changes and securing additional work opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, including execution, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Define project requirements, monitor deliverables, and ensure compliance with goals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Lead and manage all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of the project, delegating tasks effectively and supporting team development.
  • Address field operations, resource mobilization, and staffing needs in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions for cost overruns, delays, or scope changes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, promote quality standards, and provide regular updates to clients and management.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management and and delivery of infrastructure and master planning projects
  • Well versed in Project Management principles
