Job Description

• Oversee HVAC installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope and set clear expectations.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to identify HVAC needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage procurement of HVAC equipment and materials, ensuring quality standards are met before installation.
• Lead and mentor installation teams, providing training and guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing any delays proactively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure HVAC systems are installed correctly and perform efficiently.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC project management, demonstrating proven leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices is essential.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Proven ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus for diverse team communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges are essential.
• Physical ability to oversee on-site installations, which may include lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.
