What you will do

The Project Manager HVAC ESCO & IREF Systems is a key role reporting directly to the Director of Install Operations or Operations Manager. Based in Dubai, you will be part of a growing team responsible for driving business growth in HVAC ESCO & Industrial Refrigeration Systems.

You will manage the project management team in designing projects, monitor QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications, and interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and represent them in the field.

How you will do it

As an experienced Project Manager, you should have expertise in project execution and complex knowledge of designing HVAC solutions involving Chillers, AHU, FCUs, Industrial Refrigeration, and Energy solutions in the Middle East region. Your responsibilities include:

• Initiate and respond to contractual issues throughout the contract & project phases.
• Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and represent the company in client project quality and HSE meetings.
• Communicate formally (letter) and informally (verbal) with clients, process invoicing, and collect payments.
• Prepare technical submittals, design drawings, and calculations for clients.
• Develop and ensure compliance with project quality, inspection, and test plans, meeting specifications and client requirements.
• Manage project costs, prepare monthly cost reports, and oversee project variations and final payments.
• Ensure key milestones are met, develop recovery plans if delays occur, and manage resources within budget.
• Develop and train team members.
• Ensure adherence to company and client QHSE policies and procedures, liaising with QA/QC and HSE managers.
• Provide project completion feedback to sales, monitor subcontracted works, and ensure documentation and records are properly archived.
• Address nonconformities in materials/products and ensure proper inspections and testing prior to handover.
