How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals in safety, timeline, cost, quality, and functionality.
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulations, corporate governance, and customer requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and strategic decisions.
- Handle change requests, claims, and contract adjustments professionally, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Set up project schedules, milestones, and KPIs, conducting regular status meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
What You Bring
- University or higher education technical degree in Electrical / Electronics engineering, with PMP / IPMA or equivalent certification.
- At least 5 years of experience with utilities / EPCs within the MENA region, including knowledge of High / Medium Voltage equipment maintenance.
- Proven track record in managing medium-to-large scale projects, preferably in the Power Transmission Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with outage planning and execution in power stations and plants, along with knowledge of sales processes.
- Work experience in an international environment is preferred, with expert skills in spoken and written English and the ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
