Job description

Job Purpose:
Creating high-quality innovative graphic work and visual identity solutions, experienced in creating brand campaigns, publications, event/conference materials, social media graphics, promotional materials, and signage.
Responsible for managing all digital and multimedia content related to on-site screens, facade lighting, and visual displays. This includes concept development, design execution, animation, and deployment of content across various digital platforms and channels.

Key Accountabilities:
Graphic Design

  1. Produce high-quality designs, including logos, updating corporate guidelines, BTL, social media, screen, digital assets, and other marketing materials.
  2. Address design challenges and find creative solutions. Adapt designs to meet project constraints and objectives.
  3. Create visual concepts based on project requirements and business team needs. Brainstorm ideas and develop initial sketches or mockups.
  4. Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics. For the multimedia designer, we do require Dreamweaver and After Effects software.
  5. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  6. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
  7. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
  8. Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
  9. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
  10. Develop concepts with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
  11. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.
  12. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
  13. Support the creation of brand experiences using the latest graphic design techniques for consumer-facing brand experience.
  14. Understand the creative and business needs and determine the presentation of illustrative material.
  15. Conceptualize, create, and deliver digital graphics as needed for the website, e-mail blasts, and other digital collateral.
  16. Review all content designs for errors before publishing to ensure all visuals, branding, and language are impactful and in line with the branding guidelines.
  17. Select the best medium to present or produce the design concept using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
  18. Support campaign planning and execution by designing scaled campaign material while applying established standards, formats, and guidelines, and supervising adaptation from suppliers/agencies.
  19. Prepare visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts and ensure design content meets brand/business requirements.
  20. Deliver marketing briefs and projects from concept, art design, to delivery observing brand guidelines.
  21. Design templates for presentations, brochures, advertisements, catalogs, e-shot invites, logos, packaging, and promotional material, ensuring full adherence of artwork as per the established guidelines.

Multimedia
  1. Develop creative concepts for digital screens, mesh screen content, and facade lighting.
  2. Design 2D and 3D visual assets based on event themes, branding guidelines, and marketing objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
  4. Adapt visual assets to fit various screen sizes and formats.
  5. Upload and test visuals on the designated software for each digital channel.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any display or compatibility issues with the relevant technical teams.
  7. Work closely with the marketing, events, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
  8. Attend site visits and rehearsals when needed to ensure correct implementation of content.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors or suppliers if third-party platforms are involved.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphics, or a relevant field from a recognized university.

  • Minimum Experience and Skills
  • 3 - 5 years of experience handling marketing operations within a similar industry preferred.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver, Adobe Lightroom.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office.
