Project Manager, GEM
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives under the “Invictus” transformation program. Invictus aims accelerate growth by enhancing operational excellence, optimizing our organizational setup across commercial and support functions, and evolving our go-to-market strategies.
As the dedicated Project Manager for Invictus, you will play a pivotal role in structuring and driving progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable business impact. You will also work closely with an external consultancy organization already engaged in supporting the Invictus projects, ensuring seamless coordination, follow-up, and knowledge transfer between internal stakeholders and consultants.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive planning, execution, and tracking of key Invictus initiatives across supply chain, commercial organization, and market strategies.
Serve as the primary internal liaison with the consultancy firm supporting Invictus.
Partner with SC and operations leaders to identify and implement opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and service levels.
Collaborate with HR and commercial leadership to support the redesign of organizational structures for growth readiness.
Work with country leads to assess and implement GTM model changes, including transitions from indirect to direct channels.
Establish program governance and reporting cadence, including regular updates to executive sponsors.
