Job Description : Role Overview :

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the industrialization and product development process across multiple stakeholders, including R&D centers, industrial partners, suppliers, and end customers. The successful candidate will combine a strong technical background in embedded systems and electronics industrialization with proven experience in managing complex, multi-entity projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage industrialization & development projects from concept to production
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, suppliers, manufacturing, customers)
• Translate research outputs into manufacturable, certifiable products
• Define project plans, risks, and resources, ensuring timely delivery
• Oversee industrial readiness of hardware and real-time embedded software
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for secure and autonomous systems

Profile / Requirements :

• Master's degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field
• 8+ years minimum in product development & industrialization (HW & real-time embedded SW)
• Strong knowledge of industrialization processes & certification requirements
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
