Project Manager – Fit Out

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering luxury fit-out projects? Our client, a leading specialist construction company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the successful delivery of a prestigious project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring quality, time, and budget objectives are met.
2. Oversee all construction activities, managing contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
3. Implement and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and risk assessments.
4. Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
5. Lead and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
6. Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in high-end fit out projects with large natural stone packages.
2. Proven experience managing large-scale commercial and hotel developments.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
