A global access floor company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and extensive experience managing projects independently in the GCC. Responsibilities include site supervision, resource planning, and client coordination. The role offers a competitive salary of AED 15,000 plus a company car.
This position is required for a company currently executing major projects in partitions (Fermacell & Gyproc) and ceilings (Armstrong). The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves managing the project on-site, including resource planning, materials planning, supervising site staff, ensuring productivity, coordinating with clients, managing inspections and handovers, wastage control, ensuring timely completion, and handling variation claims through the Quantity Surveyor (QS).
The ideal candidate should be an engineering graduate with extensive experience in independently managing fit-out projects in the GCC. Familiarity with all formalities related to fit-out contracting and strong man-management skills are essential. Knowledge of the products handled and meticulous work towards targets are required. The offered salary is AED 15,000 plus a car.
