Job Description

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline stages of the construction process, ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the project team.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project specifications.
• Lead post-project evaluations to gather insights and feedback, driving continuous improvement for future projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols on-site.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and upper management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in project principles.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, indicating a commitment to project management excellence.
• Prior experience in managing projects within the hospitality or retail sectors, showcasing familiarity with high-end finishes and client expectations.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Strong technical skills in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and knowledge of construction methodologies.
