Job Purpose

Highly driven and experienced Excellence Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on Finance Excellence, Modern Finance Transformation, Finance Data Management, and cross-functional process improvement. The role will work closely with Enterprise Finance, CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and other departments to streamline processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support the transition to a digital, agile finance organization.

Key Activities, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Finance Excellence & Transformation

• Drive finance transformation initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and future-ready finance operating models.
• Lead process redesign initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and control across finance and other functions.
• Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement opportunities in financial reporting, planning, and operations.

Finance Data Management & Governance

• Implement data governance frameworks to ensure integrity, consistency, and availability of finance data.
• Collaborate with data stewards, CIO, and finance teams to define and enforce data standards and quality rules.
• Support master data management and finance system harmonization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the key link between Finance and departments like CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and Strategy.
• Align priorities and lead initiatives across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.
• Facilitate workshops and process documentation with cross-functional teams.

Excellence and Quality Management

• Champion continuous improvement through innovation, process discipline, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational fundamentals.
• Lead project planning, execution tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Facilitate decisions and resolve execution barriers efficiently.

• MBA or Master’s in Finance/Information Systems preferred.
• 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or similar, with experience in power plant or manufacturing sectors.
