The Project Manager EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) is responsible for leading and delivering complex industrial or infrastructure projects from conception through completion. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing procurement processes, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements within the UAE. The Project Manager plays a strategic role in client communication, stakeholder management, and ensuring project delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities:
Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of EPCM projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
Coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration and workflow.
Managing the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
Ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, safety standards, and permitting requirements.
Overseeing contractor performance, change management, and resolution of technical and commercial issues.
Monitoring project milestones, conducting regular progress reviews, and adjusting plans as needed.
Managing client communication, approvals, and documentation to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Preparing and presenting comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent); PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in EPCM delivery in the UAE or GCC.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projects with high complexity.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, HSE requirements, and permitting processes.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
