Job summary

GLOVIS TECHNOLOGIES - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C is seeking an ELV Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end ELV systems projects in Abu Dhabi, including planning, design, and implementation of CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and related technologies.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years of ELV project management experience, strong leadership, and hands‑on proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ELV systems project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in ELV domain.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fiber cabling, intercom, IP telephony, WLAN, IPTV, SMATV, BGM, PAVA, and gate barrier.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Drive project documentation and deliverables.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• ADMCC/SIRA certification.
• Technical skills: Project Management, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Troubleshooting, Technical Documentation, Client Communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of ELV systems projects including planning, execution, and closure.
• Design and implement ELV systems: CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fiber cabling, intercom, IP telephony, WLAN, IPTV, SMATV, BGM, PAVA, gate barrier, and others.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and commissioning.
• Program, configure, and test all systems.
• Manage multiple sites and execute multiple systems simultaneously.
• Manage manpower and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
