Job Description

1. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
2. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
3. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they meet quality standards.
4. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
5. Establishing and executing effective project communication plans.
6. Facilitating change requests, informing all parties of impacts on schedule and budget.
7. Developing user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation and handover.
8. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
9. Obtaining employer acceptance of project deliverables.
10. Managing customer satisfaction during project transition.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master's preferred).
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
3. Experience working with electrical substations, 132kV or 220kV.
4. Experience with TRANSCO/TAQA, DEWA, or similar service providers.
5. Knowledge of substation equipment installation and testing & commissioning (T&C).
6. Awareness of civil work for electrical substations.
7. Knowledge of structural and finishing works.
8. Proven project management experience.
9. Ability to lead project teams to completion.
10. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
11. Capability to complete projects within deadlines.
12. Understanding of ERP implementation.
13. Experience overseeing construction projects.
