Job Description
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing and executing effective project communication plans.
- Facilitating change requests, informing all parties of impacts on schedule and budget.
- Developing user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation and handover.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining employer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction during project transition.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master's preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
- Experience working with electrical substations, 132kV or 220kV.
- Experience with TRANSCO/TAQA, DEWA, or similar service providers.
- Knowledge of substation equipment installation and testing & commissioning (T&C).
- Awareness of civil work for electrical substations.
- Knowledge of structural and finishing works.
- Proven project management experience.
- Ability to lead project teams to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Capability to complete projects within deadlines.
- Understanding of ERP implementation.
- Experience overseeing construction projects.
