Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Ausführung von Projektplänen von Vorschlägen bis zur Fertigstellung.
• Koordination mit Auftragnehmern und Beratern für termingerechte Lieferung.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead high-quality interior fit-out and refurbishment projects in Dubai. If you are experienced in managing end-to-end project delivery and working with diverse stakeholders, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and execute Project Execution Plans from proposal through post-completion.
2. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
3. Lead all phases of project delivery including tendering, site execution, client updates, and handover.
4. Maintain strong communication with clients and manage financial and contractual responsibilities.
5. Ensure compliance with health & safety and QMS standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You Bring

1. 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally in interior fit-out or refurbishment.
2. Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle: pre-construction, execution, and handover.
3. Leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
4. Excellent written and spoken English, and strong organisational and reporting skills.
5. Recognised qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent experience.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project financials/documentation.
