Project Manager - DMO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Design Management Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating design-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Oversee resource allocation and optimize team performance.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices within the Design Management Office.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a focus on design-related projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a design or architectural context.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in design management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.
• In-depth understanding of design processes, principles, and architectural practices.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
