Objective :
To lead, coordinate, and supervise all phases of data center project execution—from order placement through manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, and operational handover—ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage the master schedule aligned with project milestones. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely design and technical submittals.
Monitor supplier progress to ensure equipment is manufactured per project specifications and timelines. Oversee and track successful completion of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Delivery & Site Readiness
Ensure timely, defect-free delivery of equipment to site with correct quantities.
Coordinate delivery acceptance and documentation as per project requirements.
Supervise on-site installation and commissioning by operations team. Ensure On-Site Acceptance and issuance of Acceptance Certificates from client / consultant / contractor.
Quality & Compliance
Track and minimize Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by enforcing quality standards. Ensure timely and complete handover documentation and training requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
Ensure submission of project progress reports, EHS data, and project updates.
Maintain accurate records of all project documentation including bonds and warranties.
Provide, maintain, renew and update all mandatory corporate company documentation namely insurances, commercial licenses and registrations, any local authority certifications.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main liaison between client, supplier, and contractors. Lead Bi-Annual Performance Reviews and ensure closure of all agreed actions.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to avoid any penalties. Escalate critical issues with actionable solutions.
