About the Client

With a reputation for excellence and innovation, they are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will serve as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. This role involves driving project execution, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules using Primavera / MS Project to ensure timely delivery.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Prepare and control project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project-level challenges to minimize delays.
  • Quality & HSE Compliance: Ensure that all activities meet quality benchmarks, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Progress Reporting: Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage and minimize change orders by ensuring clarity in scope and proactive problem solving.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in project management within construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
