Job Description

• Plan, initiate, and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, UAE municipal standards, and international best practices.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Lead on-site teams and manage daily operations to ensure project progress and quality.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues, manage change orders, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor safety protocols and implement quality assurance/control measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
• Minimum 5-15 years of experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
