Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our civil and building work projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting all quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of civil and building work projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and all parties are satisfied.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Continuously monitor and improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil and building industry.
  • PMP certification.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
