Job Description:

• Plan and manage projects from commencement to completion, ensuring profitability
• Develop and modify project management plans, including proposals, work breakdown structures, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, process maps, and statements of work
• Ensure project scope and objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Plan around delivery constraints, optimize plans to maximize benefits and minimize risks
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management, highlighting any changes or variations
• Evaluate project outcomes against planned deliverables and monitor milestones for timely completion
• Conduct site visits and approve submissions from consultants and subcontractors
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, assign tasks, and communicate expected deliverables
• Ensure industry best practices, techniques, and standards are followed during project execution
