Job summary

ONEROAD GROUP FZCO seeks a Project Manager for the Beauty & Personal Care Line to support brand positioning, product planning, and end-to-end execution across regions. You will track milestones, manage cross-functional progress, and oversee supplier coordination while ensuring timely launches.

Based in the UAE with global scope, you will assist with regulatory registrations and market channel development, and help build the local team.

Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty/personal care industry.
• Experience independently managing a regional business or operations.
• Strong execution and communication/coordination skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the Middle East; English fluent; Arabic or Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the founder/GM in executing brand positioning and product line planning; track the project roadmap and key milestones.
• Assist in driving personal care & beauty products from concept to launch; follow up on product development progress.
• Support factory and supply chain partner sourcing, evaluation, and coordination; track product quality, cost, and lead times.
• Assist with product registration and regulatory compliance across China, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
• Support execution of Middle East market channel development (supermarkets, e-commerce, distributors, etc.).
• Assist in building the local team; participate in day-to-day team management and process setup.
• Track overall project progress, budget, and risks; report key milestones and updates to management regularly.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Support the founder/GM in executing brand positioning and product line planning; track the project roadmap and key milestones
• Assist in driving personal care & beauty products from concept to launch; follow up on product development progress
• Support factory and supply chain partner sourcing, evaluation, and coordination; track product quality, cost, and lead times
• Assist with product registration and regulatory compliance across China, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia
• Support execution of Middle East market channel development (supermarkets, e-commerce, distributors, etc.)
• Assist in building the local team; participate in day-to-day team management and process setup
• Track overall project progress, budget, and risks; report key milestones and updates to management regularly
• Compensation: AED 12,000-15,000 / month (all-inclusive package, including housing and living allowance)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the beauty / personal care industry
• Experience independently managing a regional business or operations is sufficient (full 0-to-1 build-out experience is not required)
• Strong execution ability and communication/coordination skills; able to independently follow through on project delivery
• Able to adapt to living and working in the Middle East; open to long-term relocation
• Fluent English (working language); Arabic or Chinese proficiency is a plus
• Strong resource coordination, resilience under pressure, and independent problem-solving ability
• Nice to have: Prior living/working experience in the Middle East and familiarity with the local business environment and culture
• Nice to have: Experience liaising with factories, supply chains, or product registration/compliance
• Nice to have: Experience expanding a Middle East-originated project into China or Southeast Asia
