Project Manager (Architect)

My Client, an international Architecture practice, is seeking a Project Manager with 5-6 years' experience (as a PM) to work on projects in UAE and KSA. Preferred candidates should have experience/expertise with Hospitality, High Rise, Residential, and mixed-use projects of various sizes and scales in the GCC area.

As the Project Manager, you will represent the practice as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring effective project delivery across all stages. With strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of contracts, processes, and local regulations, you will oversee the complete execution of architectural projects within the UAE and KSA, from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients (very high calibre Developers), building and maintaining strong professional relationships to understand their needs and manage expectations.

You will have an Architecture Degree from a reputable university and must have worked with high-end developers, e.g., Emaar and PIF.

The salary range for this position is around AED 35,000+.
