Project Manager - ALM FTP & Technology Stack Design

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager with proven expertise in ALM (Asset Liability Management) and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of IT, playing a key role in architecting and designing the technology stack, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project management for ALM and FTP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors) to define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
3. Assist the Head of IT in technology strategy, including defining architecture, selecting tools, and optimizing platforms.
4. Design and review system architecture and tech stack for performance, scalability, and compliance.
5. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
6. Track project progress using Agile / Waterfall methodologies and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
7. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs where required.
8. Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with hands-on experience in ALM & FTP implementations.
2. Strong understanding of banking or financial services domain, especially in Treasury, Finance, and Risk.
3. Proven ability to design end-to-end technical architecture including data integration, processing, and reporting layers.
4. Knowledge of core ALM / FTP tools such as QRM, Moody’s RiskAuthority, Oracle FTP, SAP, etc.
5. Familiarity with modern tech stacks – e.g., Java / .NET, SQL / NoSQL DBs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), REST APIs, data pipelines.
6. Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL frameworks, and financial data flows.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
