A reputed IT consulting firm in the UAE is looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in card issuance and ITIL practices. The role involves managing SLA, ensuring 24/7 support, and coordinating with internal teams for critical issue resolution. The successful candidate must be proactive and familiar with maintaining PCIDSS standards while providing project support.

About the Role : Expertise :
Good knowledge on Card Issuance, Card personalization, Chip(EMV)
Familiar with SDLC, Agile development methodologies, ITIL framework
Basic understanding of encryption / Authentication.
Responsibility :
Responsible for SLA management and KPI
Responsible for managing high availability and 24 / 7 support
Follow up with vendors and external partners on the issues and resolutions
Responsible for coordinating and assisting internal teams for hardening / patching upgrade and schedule maintenance
Responsible for troubleshooting critical issues and communicate all customer impacted issues to line manager and concern teams.
Responsible for health check & architecture documentation
Responsible for maintaining access list, tracking sheet for incidents and change releases.
Responsible for maintaining PCIDSS standards.
Responsible for preparing root cause analysis report for every customer impacted issue.
Responsible to provide support to project team on any project related work.
Provide UAT support for the systems assigned.
