Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality and safety. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 0–5 years of experience in project execution, with a proactive, international mindset and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in international/multicultural environments is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work Package Ownership: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of a specific work package within a larger project, under the guidance of the Project Management Team.
• Project Support: Support the Project Management Team in overall project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Planning & Monitoring: Develop and maintain detailed schedules and resource plans for your work package. Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Commercial Awareness: Support contract management and cost control activities related to your scope. Ensure compliance with commercial and legal obligations.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure that all work is delivered in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Position Summary:
As aWork Package Project Manager, you will play a key role within a major airport project, supporting the overall Project Management Team. Key Responsibilities:

• Willingness to act as the right hand of the project management team during the design, whilst obtaining approval of the design and defining the exact scope of the work packages.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Automation).
• 0–5 years of experience in project execution, preferably in logistics, automation, or infrastructure.
• Affinity with IT/OT systems and automation technologies is a plus.
• Experience working in international, multicultural environments is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
