Job description

• Monitor project performance and progress, and keep the client informed of any shortfalls.
• Review all concession and deviation requests from the EPC Contractor and other parties, and make appropriate recommendations to the PMT.
• Adequately monitor EPC Contractor’s performance, quality, and safety to ensure full compliance within the scope of the EPC contract.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and extraordinary review meetings.
• Prepare project control reports as required by the CONTRACT between PMC and the client.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with a minimum of 20+ years of relevant experience at a senior project management level.
• Age not more than 60 years.
• A degree in Business Administration or Project/Program Management is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage similar projects internationally.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams on Tank Farm Construction, especially on interface aspects.
• Basic awareness of FEED, Detailed Engineering, and related processes.
• Basic knowledge of engineering concepts such as PFD, P&ID, 3D modeling/PDMS, HAZOP requirements.
• Basic awareness of interface requirements as specified in the contract, including battery limits, tie-in points, and instrumentation/telecom aspects.
• Basic understanding of the procurement cycle and vendor pre-qualification status.
• Basic knowledge of equipment erection and pipeline hydro testing.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain cordial relationships with clients, contractors, and third parties without compromising project quality and safety.
