This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering Hub in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Objectives
  • Deliver brownfield critical projects safely and effectively.
  • Manage projects from Design to Handover, covering all phases.
  • Establish and lead project teams for delivery excellence.
  • Ensure project safety, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver projects within commercial frameworks, managing P&L.
Key Responsibilities

Includes technical and commercial responsibility, P&L management, team organization, leadership, project execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation across all project phases.

Leadership

Guide and direct project teams, act as role model for ethics and compliance, and mentor team members.

Working Relationships

Maintain effective internal and external relationships, including with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Decision Making

Make significant decisions impacting project results, engage with senior management, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, PMP or equivalent certification preferred, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in major Oil & Gas projects, including 5 years in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Proven ability to manage EPC/EPCM contracts, stakeholder management, risk management, and project delivery in oil and gas, especially in the GCC region.
