Job Brief:

We are hiring a Project Manager for a leading company in the commercial kitchen industry based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of assigned projects—from planning and design coordination to installation and final client handover. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while maintaining clear communication across internal departments and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within defined scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, Production, Procurement, and Installation.
• Lead and manage third-party contractors and consultants as required.
• Maintain strict quality control throughout all project phases to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, variation logs, and proposals.
• Track and assess the financial impact of all project changes, cancellations, or modifications.
• Attend project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
• Draft and manage project budgets, with timely recommendations for adjustments.
• Support commercial claims with accurate documentation and justifications.
• Monitor scope changes, identify risks, and implement contingency strategies.
• Coach and motivate project teams to meet deliverables and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews to gather lessons learned and improve future execution.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols throughout all stages.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 yearsof proven experience inproject management within the commercial kitchen industry.
• Strong understanding of stainless steel fabrication and installation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Advanced skills in planning, budgeting, and client communication.
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and Excel.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management, change control, and time management practices.
• A validdriving licenseis required.
