Job Description –Project Manager (RAS Al Khaimah)
To provide overall management direction for of large-scale building Construction including Highrise, towers and master developments projects or similar and to lead the team throughout all construction stages of the project and to monitor project works related to quality, cost, program, and HSE and staff under control.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day operational of large-scale building Construction including Highrise, towers, master developments projects or similar.
- Implementing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Reviews deliverables across projects.
- Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and/or any stakeholder involved for determining technical specifications, timely execution, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances
- Coordinating and obtaining permission for project work from various government regulatory authorities.
- Leading a team of professionals, ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower
- Organising/participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress, ensure timelines & de-bottlenecking.
- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
- Formulating and implementing stringent systems and quality plans and/or manuals to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project.
- Conducting quality control inspection/approved as per project specification, standards and drawings prior commencing/proceed with any activities.
- Manages project scope and ease risks across project.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for projects
- Ensure that Site Personnel are up-to-date with the requirements of Quality Management System and HSE Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure commercial entitlements are achieved and documented
- Involve in project forecasting to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Participate actively in QMS/HSE audits conducted on the project and ensure audit findings are closed out within agreed closeout dates.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
Minimum 12 to 15 years of Experience.
High & Low-rise project execution & experience in the capacity Project Manager
