Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Power BI).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
