Euro Mechanical is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive EPC projects within our Construction & Maintenance Business Unit. This is a pivotal leadership role that ensures successful execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while strictly adhering to all contractual, quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges through data analysis and proactive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork across project personnel.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience managing Oil & Gas brownfield and greenfield EPC projects
• Proven track record leading large-scale EPC contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage
• Experience with ADNOC standards is preferred
