We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex customer-facing projects with a focus on achieving business outcomes in the IT and telecommunications space. The ideal candidate will bring a structured project management approach, leadership capability, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transactional and subscription-based projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.
• Align project execution with customer business objectives, vision, and strategy.
• Track and manage project metrics, financials, and overall profitability.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee contract change management processes and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate 3rd party/partner delivery, including commercials when applicable.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities during project lifecycle.
• Share best practices and lessons learned within Cisco's PM community.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to internal improvement initiatives.

Role-Specific Contributions

• Implement and enforce effective project structure and delivery processes.
• Ensure accurate scope definition and change control throughout the project.
• Lead communication, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as Service Transition Lead during presales, when required.

Scope and Complexity

• Lead 1–2 large, complex, multi-technology projects simultaneously.
• Navigate high-risk project environments with multiple dependencies.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in dynamic business contexts.

Required Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably in IT or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-risk projects with strategic impact.
• Experience with telco vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
