The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience within the fitout and joinery industry, with a strong focus on quality execution, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of interior fitout and joinery projects.

Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to track progress and resolve issues.

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Manage procurement, material approvals, and subcontractor performance.

Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Lead project meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and clients. Job Requirements
