Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP Works to lead and deliver end-to-end Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing MEP packages within main or subcontracting environments in the UAE, with strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Plan, manage, and deliver MEP projects from inception to completion — including design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to design, safety, quality, and schedule.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower allocations, and material submittals.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams for project progress, technical clarifications, and approvals.
Technical Oversight
- Review MEP drawings, designs, and BOQs to ensure technical compliance and coordination across disciplines.
- Identify potential design conflicts or site constraints and propose solutions.
- Ensure adherence to DEWA, ADDC, DCD, and local authority regulations.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost control reports.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and claims.
- Track project profitability and support management in invoicing and collections.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Implement company HSE policies and ensure site compliance with UAE labour and safety laws.
- Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
- Ensure all works meet QA/QC standards, authority approvals, and project specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Drive accountability, performance, and technical excellence within the team.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and planning departments to ensure timely resource deployment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 8–12 years of MEP project management experience in the UAE or GCC.
- Proven experience handling HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Strong knowledge of local authority procedures (DEWA, DCD, ADDC, ADM, etc.).
- Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, and client communication.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and general project management tools.

Preferred
- Experience in Fit‑Out / Facilities Management integration is an advantage.
- Membership in PMI / ASHRAE / CIBSE preferred.
