Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to oversee the end-to-end execution of mid to high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, resource management, cost and schedule control, and ensuring timely and quality completion of projects in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Lead the execution of civil construction projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Manage site operations, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers across all phases of the project.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment and statutory approvals.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports using project management tools.
• Handle contractual obligations, variations, claims, and project documentation in line with contract law and company policies.
• Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Oversee technical aspects including RCC/post-tensioned structures, MEP coordination, façade, and interior finishes.
• Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
• Ensure project closure and client satisfaction through quality delivery and timely handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 15 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing mid to high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, cost control, planning tools, and contract management.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera/MS Project) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Dubai Municipality certification (G+Unlimited) is preferred or must be eligible for registration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
