Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for approvals, permits, and inspections.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and approve tenders, variations, and subcontractor bills.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress reviews, and prepare reports for management.
• Identify delays/risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, authority regulations, and company policies.
• Manage project close-out, handover documentation, and final approvals.

Requirements

• 10 Years experience in UAE Mandatory
• DM Engineer License.
• UAE Driving License.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, permits, and approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
