- Upload all relevant documents to CRM system (drawings, delivery notes, etc.).
2. Order Placement & Confirmation:
- Ensure accuracy of orders after site measurements.
- Confirm orders with the sales/design team.
3. Client Communication & Delivery Scheduling:
- Communicate delivery schedules to the client/contractor.
- Assess site readiness and coordinate delivery timing.
- Inform the client about storage policies and fees.
- Guide and oversee the installation team to meet project requirements.
- Maintain client communication, proactively addressing issues.
5. Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution:
- Prepare snag lists for faulty items.
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries.
6. Project Handover:
- Ensure the installation meets quality standards.
- Resolve any snags and prepare handover documents.
- Notify sales when the project is complete.
- Conduct final checks to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collect and address client feedback.
- Lead and motivate the installation team, ensuring clear communication.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary resources.
- Provide daily updates to the sales team on project status.
- Ensure effective communication between the installation team and the client.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or installation management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
