Job description

Job Description

  1. Upload all relevant documents to CRM system (drawings, delivery notes, etc.).

2. Order Placement & Confirmation:

  1. Ensure accuracy of orders after site measurements.
  2. Confirm orders with the sales/design team.

3. Client Communication & Delivery Scheduling:

  1. Communicate delivery schedules to the client/contractor.
  2. Assess site readiness and coordinate delivery timing.
  3. Inform the client about storage policies and fees.
  4. Guide and oversee the installation team to meet project requirements.
  5. Maintain client communication, proactively addressing issues.

5. Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution:

  1. Prepare snag lists for faulty items.
  2. Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries.

6. Project Handover:

  1. Ensure the installation meets quality standards.
  2. Resolve any snags and prepare handover documents.
  3. Notify sales when the project is complete.
  4. Conduct final checks to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Collect and address client feedback.
  6. Lead and motivate the installation team, ensuring clear communication.
  7. Monitor team performance and provide necessary resources.
  8. Provide daily updates to the sales team on project status.
  9. Ensure effective communication between the installation team and the client.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in project management or installation management.
  2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
