Job description

We are searching for an expert Project Manager for an immediate opening in our Dubai, UAE studio, to serve our diverse client base in urban, retail, healthcare and hospitality projects.

Desired Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of managing and executing on complex projects relating to construction, interior works and consulting services. You will oversee and direct design/build projects from conception to completion. Experience in either design consultancy or contractor site works are welcome. MS Project, Office and CAD experience is necessary. You will be responsible for tracking budgets, monitoring project and financial progress, building client relationships and handling negotiations and coordination with sub-contractors.

Excellence in communication is required: in person, email, presentation composition, writing, and grammar.

A BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, product development or related field is required.

The Project Manager will interact throughout projects with Design, Technical Design and Engineering disciplines as a collaborative, cohesive team.
