Project Manager

• Lead and manage the project life cycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and reports for senior management.
• Oversee procurement processes and vendor management.
• Good working knowledge in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Procore, SAP, or Oracle.

Role:

• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Experience: 20+ years.
• Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical or Civil or related fields or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Relocation Requirement: The selected candidate will be expected to relocate to Dubai and work onsite for a minimum of 2-3 years after joining the role.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and resolve issues promptly to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and reports for senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Oversee procurement processes and vendor management to ensure contracts are managed effectively and vendors meet project requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Proficiency in project management software, including:
  • Primavera P6
  • MS Project
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, including:
  • AutoCAD
• Familiarity with project collaboration and management tools, including:
  • Procore
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including:
  • SAP
  • Oracle
• Understanding of project management methodologies, including:
  • Agile
  • Waterfall
