Manage IT infrastructure projects, prepare documentation, allocate resources, ensure quality, and communicate effectively in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing civil engineering projects.
2. Oversee construction activities and coordinate with teams.
3. Ensure compliance with standards and quality assurance.
4. Manage asset and project operations.
5. Lead teams in swimming pool and landscaping projects.
6. Oversee complex projects including budget management and client liaison.
7. Manage building construction projects requiring Dubai Municipality registered Unlimited Floors certificate.
8. Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of new store openings and renovations.
9. Lead fire fighting system projects ensuring compliance with safety codes.
10. Manage MEP projects requiring a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
11. Supervise contractors and conduct site inspections.
12. Design and develop MEP and civil engineering solutions.
13. Collaborate with teams to manage project requirements and monitor progress.
14. Lead data management projects across government entities.
15. Manage construction projects from inception to completion.
16. Develop and maintain project plans and act as liaison between stakeholders.
17. Manage HVAC, ESCO, and Industrial Refrigeration projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
2. Strong project management skills with relevant certifications.
3. Extensive experience in construction and project management.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
