What you'll be doing:

This role involves transforming interior spaces with hardcore MEP for supermarkets to meet specific design and functionality needs, ensuring projects are completed efficiently within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

Job Description:

1. Project Planning and Management: Oversee all phases of retail F&B fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
4. Quality Control: Ensure all work meets required standards and specifications, conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
7. Attention to detail: Ensure precision in all aspects of the project.
8. Problem solving: Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
9. Adaptability: Manage changes and unexpected challenges flexibly.
10. Client Focused: Commit to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Technical Competencies:

The role requires technical proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (MSP), with 3D skills considered an advantage. Knowledge of MEP is essential.

Experience: 8-10 years in handling retail F&B and supermarket projects.
