Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle from business development support, early studies through to full-scale EPC execution.
- Our project managers are responsible for the overall bottom-line performance of assigned projects.
- You will also:
- Actively promote Black & Veatch's safety culture.
- Serve as the key resource for executive management advisory on overall project health.
- Oversee planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all assigned projects from notice-to-proceed through commercial operation.
- Identify and resolve problems or issues related to design information, schedule, change management, safety, and quality.
- Manage escalated problems or issues.
- Own the commercial recovery process and close-out.
- Manage the application of quality and control procedures.
- Partner with sales directors and client account managers in strategic planning.
- Engage in client relationships and business development activities.
- Provide local talent training and development.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent academic qualification.
- Significant experience with conventional generation, grid, and/or process projects.
- Previous EPC project management proposal and execution experience in Europe and the Middle East.
- Experience being the single point-of-contact, including managing the bottom-line, for multiple services projects from cradle-to-grave.
