Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with the site team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project's requirements, objectives, and any constraints that need to be considered during the planning and execution phases.
2. Assemble and supervise various technical teams such as Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC), Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP).
3. Conduct and follow up on progressive meetings with both external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, address concerns, track progress, and discuss any emerging issues.
4. Conduct regular site visits to supervise ongoing activities, assess progress, and ensure that work is being carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
5. Monitor progress against the schedule and take proactive measures to mitigate any delays or risks that may impact project timelines.
6. Keep a close eye on the engineering development process and promptly notify the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) of any delays or issues that could potentially impact the project's timeline or execution on-site.
7. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to verify that project deliverables meet predefined expectations and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
8. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all project activities, including meeting minutes, correspondence, site visit reports, and project documentation.
