Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing expansions and renovation projects for F&B outlets. It ensures timely delivery, cost control, regulatory compliance, and alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments (real estate, design, construction, operations, marketing, IT, HR).
- Manage regulatory compliance, including permits and inspections.
- Monitor progress through site visits and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Business, or related field.
- Familiar with permitting processes and health & safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to travel to project locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Multi-site project management experience.
- Background in food & beverage or retail operations.
