Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing expansions and renovation projects for F&B outlets. It ensures timely delivery, cost control, regulatory compliance, and alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal departments (real estate, design, construction, operations, marketing, IT, HR).
2. Manage regulatory compliance, including permits and inspections.
3. Monitor progress through site visits and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Business, or related field.
2. Familiar with permitting processes and health & safety regulations.
3. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
5. Ability to travel to project locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. PMP or equivalent certification.
2. Multi-site project management experience.
3. Background in food & beverage or retail operations.
