We are committed to creating a culture where diverse voices and perspectives are encouraged and respected, and where all employees are equally supported in developing their careers — where people can truly be themselves and achieve their best.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Conde Nast Commercial Creative (CNCC) Strategy and Planning Lead, the Project Manager oversees all campaign management and project trafficking across pre and post-sales, ensuring that the final delivery is seamless for both clients and audiences. The Project Manager will manage and track the workflow of all projects with high creative standards across multiple platforms, being involved throughout the entire process—from allocating resources, briefings, workflow management and delivery, timelines and budget control. They will collaborate with all CNCC team members, the commercial department, and editorial partners.

  • Client management as needed to ensure workflow progression
  • Coordinate with collaborators to ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, deadline, and brand requirements
  • Liaise with and support CNCC and Sales teams for successful project development
  • Collaborate with editorial teams throughout campaign management
  • Contribute to streamline and improve business processes
  • Develop a strong understanding on editorial and media council guidelines
  • A flexible and quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes, as is the nature of an evolving media industry
  • Manage a high volume of projects at the same time and of various sizes, preferably in a highly pressured environment with a delivery track record
  • Understand and manage the lifecycle of projects including production, photo shoots, articles and events
