Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a prominent and forward-thinking construction company in Dubai, UAE, in their search for an accomplished Project Manager. This role is pivotal in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple high-profile construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership capabilities, exceptional project management expertise, and a results-driven mindset to align project outcomes with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Project Oversight: Lead the end-to-end management of construction projects, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Team Leadership: Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
3. Risk & Performance Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
4. Financial Stewardship: Oversee project budgets and expenses, driving cost efficiency while maintaining financial performance.
5. Quality & Compliance Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold the highest quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of communication for all stakeholders, delivering timely updates and maintaining transparency throughout project life-cycles.
7. Progress Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance, risks, and financial health to executive leadership.

Requirements

1. Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
2. Professional Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles within the construction sector.
3. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
4. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, coupled with expertise in construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
5. Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment while ensuring adaptability and resilience.
6. Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to address challenges and drive solutions effectively.
